    Can I speak to someone for advice on which bag to choose?

    Of course, we are at your disposal to answer all your curiosities about Gino Ferruzzi bags and to help you choose the right object for you.     Can I send the bag as a gift?

    Yes, just enter a different shipping address from the billing address during the purchase and indicate in the notes that it is a gift.

    When and how do I receive the confirmation of my order?

    The confirmation of your order arrives by email at the address you entered during the purchase. If you don’t receive any emails, check your spam or junk mail. If you still can’t find anything, contact our customer service immediately Tel. +39 055 854219

    Is it safe to use a credit card on your site?

    Our site is safe for the use of any credit card. To ensure your safety we use Paypal e Stripe.

    Why can't i complete the payment?

    It could be due to the insertion of incorrect data, such as the name or address of the holder, especially if it is different from the shipping one. If the problem persists, it is best to contact your bank.

    Can I cancel an order?

    If you want to cancel an order that has just been placed, we recommend that you call us immediately before the bag goes for shipment. If the order has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it, but you will have to make a return.

    Is the shipment tracked?

    Of course. The shipment is tracked and the tracking number is provided by email upon departure of the bag from our laboratories, up to 2 working days after the order.

    When will i get my bag?

    Your bag will be shipped in a maximum of two working days from placing the order and you will receive an email in this regard, in which a tracking code will be entered with which you can track the shipment and monitor the arrival of the bag. For almost all geographical areas, delivery times vary between a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 25 days

    How can I return or exchange a bag?
